How quickly can you make the order?

An order can be made from 2 hours to 7 days from order date (working days, does not include delivery time). Time affects the current availability of the flowers needed to arrange your order (which is constantly changing according to the delivery and sales of flowers to other customers) - therefore, we recommend not to delay the order. For to be sure, we would like to inform you about the availability of a particular product for a particular day and time on our email info@kvetiny-floris.cz (or in the chat window at the bottom right on a page) . How to order flowers properly from us?

    Contact us on our email info@kvetiny-floris.cz (or in the chat window at the bottom right of the page) to validate availability of the product and delivery options at the desired day and time. Upon agreement, you can place order.

  • Variant B
    Chose desired products, put them in the basket and complete the order process. If we will not be able to process your order due to the missing product, etc., we will contact you with the following offer (if your phone number is outside CZ, please check your email more often):
    • We will offer you an edit of the order according to the available options
    • We will offer you a choice of other products up to the price of your order (any price difference will be refunded)
    • We will cancel your order and refund your money
What happens if you do not have the flowers you need on my order?

How to make sure the order will be received and processed?

How quickly will I get the paid money of the canceled order back?

Money will be unblocked/returned from us as soon as possible, from the rule the same day. Adding money back to your account is slowed down by your bank and its rules for blocking, unblocking, and crediting funds that we have no influence on. Whenever you can contact us and ask us to review when exactly the return from our side occurred.

How do you deliver funeral orders?

Funeral orders for your convenience we deliver directly to the funeral institute / church where the ceremony takes place. If the ceremony takes place outside of Brno, the order can be picked up personally at our store (or delivered to your address in Brno).
Please pay attention to the delivery address during the order, where:

  • Date and time: provide the exact date and time of the ceremony
  • First name and surname: provide the deceased's name
  • Address: specify the address and name of the funeral institute - including street and no.

At the request of a family some ceremonies may not be available to the public , in this case we may be unable to deliver the order, we recommend making sure that delivery is made available to us.

Can I always count for delivery at 100%?

If you want to be sure, please contact us before sending your order on our email info@kvetiny-floris.cz (or in the chat window at the bottom right). If we do not have free time for delivery at the requested day/time, flowers can be picked up personally at our store.

When will not we be able to deliver your order?

Then when you give us a short time arrange your order or we have a full delivery. In this case, you can pick up your order personally at our store. We will inform you about the situation.

How do I know if my order has been delivered?

We inform customers about the completion of the order by email during the day. If you have paid the "delivery at the exact time" service, the delay is a largish, we will inform you by phone (applies to Czech phone numbers only, we recommend that you enter the recipient's phone number during the order).
At your request, we can also send you a photo of your order before shipping.

What happens when the order can not be delivered?
  • If your order can not be delivered, we will try to contact you, in case of unsuccessful delivery the order will be stored for 48 hours to be picked up at our store. Repeated delivery is a paid service, so we recommend that you verify that the recipient will be actually presented at the place of delivery.

    For funeral orders, we recommend that you verify that the ceremony is public and order can be delivered. If the ceremony is not public, it is necessary to ensure (by the deceased's family) that delivery is available to us.

  • In the case of a new order, we will contact you with a choice of possible solutions.
What should I do if my order fails?

Please contact us with a brief description of the order process. Thank you
